This client had an off the plan project that had stalled in terms of sales. Sadly, they had elected to use somebody else for their marketing strategy and by the time we became involved the assets were tired, the market was bored with the project and new leads were non-existent.
Even worse a lot of the marketing budget had been expended and some new sales were essential.
Our response was to freshen up the image of the project and reassure both the initial purchasers and the community at large that the project was about to kick off. In this fashion, we helping to craft a marketing position that was no longer an off the plan project but a real going concern.
Our strategy to do this was a Ground Turning Ceremony – involving the developer, builder, local government authority, media and other key stakeholders.
The event was organised, promoted and conducted by Brown Street Studio.
