Allamanda Vista is a land estate in the northern suburbs of Perth targeting people wanting to build a new home on a larger than a normal lot of land. This estate is for young families who want a semi-rural kind of life and enjoy being close to nature, plenty of space but not too far from city life and what it has to offer.
Our brief was to:
- Name the project
- Prepare the logo for the project
- Establish marketing assets including website https://www.allamandavista.com.au/ , brochure, point of sale and signage.
The team we put together for this project included Brown Street Studio and Barbitta Design.
